White Muse 2020 – Hand selected, hand harvested, blend of 80% Gewurztraminer and 20% Muscat Ottonel. A dry wine with notes of rosewater and apricot. The palate has ginger spice and lychee with a hint of grapefruit. A balanced wine that pairs well with flavourful foods, spicy Asian cuisine, bold cheese and Charcuterie plates. It is ready to drink and to be served chilled.
How to open the wax-sealed bottle?
Don’t worry about removing the wax, just insert the corkscrew straight into the piece of wax on the top of the bottle and drill through the wax and cork as well. Now you’re ready to uncork the bottle!
