2020 Pinot Noir was harvested from our single vineyard on October 2nd 2020 with Brix 24. Wine was fermented on skins for 10 days with indigenous yeast then aged for 18 months in new French Oak and neutral barrels. Wine was bottled on May 6th unfiltered and unfined maintaining its natural character. Total production was 162 cases.
How to open the wax-sealed bottle?
Don’t worry about removing the wax, just insert the corkscrew straight into the piece of wax on the top of the bottle and drill through the wax and cork as well. Now you’re ready to uncork the bottle!
