Gewurztraminer and Muscat Ottonel blend. We hand harvested both grapes and processed them separately by gentle crush and slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Then we blended both wines after cold stabilization was completed. Finished with a residual sugar of 1.5, this is ultimately dry and aromatic wine that will leave just a hint of sweetness on a palate. Finished with natural cork and waxed sealed for freshness. Produced in small quantity.

How to open the wax-sealed bottle?

Don’t worry about removing the wax, just insert the corkscrew straight into the piece of wax on the top of the bottle and drill through the wax and cork as well. Now you’re ready to uncork the bottle!
